Nothing is more fun than a day at the junkyard. This class will teach you the abstract essentials along with the technical skills to fully use your creative juices to make abstract masterpieces. Explore rusty fenders, broken glass and architectural artifacts with your camera and creative eye.
Supplies: Digital camera with charged battery, memory card, tripod (highly recommended), camera bag, filters and acessories you want to learn how to use.
About the Instructor: Ellen was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her first taste of photography was when she was 6 years old shooting with her Brownie. She currently resides in Castle Rock, CO with her two black Labradors. After careers in recreation and owning her own retails store, Ellen began pursuing her passion for photography. She studied photography at various schools in the Denver area, where she developed her artistic voice. Ellen has taught at Working with Artists, Englewood Camera, Digital Photo Academy, and EY Photography and has exhibited her work at numerous galleries in Colorado, including RULE, the Foothills Art Center, Gallery 910 Arts, The Center for Fine Art Photography and Flash Gallery, among others.
